Chicken Tikka
Chicken Tikka Serves 2 Ingredients 500g chicken thigh, skinless and off the bone ?1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste ? 10 ml malt vinegar ? Salt, to taste ? 200g yoghurt ? 1 tablespoon red chilli powder ?1 tsp garam masala powder Method Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, ?malt vinegar and salt. Keep aside for an hour. ?Separately mix the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk till uniformly mixed together. Add the chicken, along with the marinade into this mixture and let it rest for another hour. ?Skewer and cook in a hot tandoor or barbecue for about 12 minutes. Serve hot ?with mint chutney.
