Method
In a pan put water and china grass, cook it for 15-20 minutes. When China grass dissolves in it, then add milk cook it. Now add sugar, khoya and kewra essence, mix and cook it well till sugar dissolves. When sugar dissolved and mixture thickened. In a tray put the mixture on it, put dry fruits over it for garnishing it. Set aside on room temperature for cool down. On cooling cut it into pieces and serve it.
