Chocolate Donuts
Chocolate Donuts Ingredients ½ kg Flour 4 Eggs 1 sachet Instant yeast ½ cup Sugar ½ cup Butter Chocolate bars as required Colorful chocolate chips as required Coconut powder as required 2 tsp Baking powder Oil to fry Dissolve 1 sachet of instant yeast and ½ cup sugar in some lukewarm water. Leave it for 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix together ½ kg flour, ½ cup butter, 2 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt, yeast sugar mixture and knead to dough with water or milk as required. Leave it to rise for 1 hour. Roll 8 inch thick, cut with donut cutter or using a glass. Make a small hole in centre. Now deep fry on medium flame from both the side till its color turn to golden brown. Now melt chocolate in double boiler and spread on donuts. Garnish with cocoa powder and colored chocolate chips.
