What to do with leftover Easter chocolates?

The Easter bells and hares were generous this year, too? As a result, you have the same "problem" as the rest of us: a mountain of chocolate eggs. But is having too many treats really a problem?

In any case, we're going to have to do something with this mountain, because we can't keep these chocolate eggs in the cupboard for months on end.

Yes, we've already bitten into an egg from 6 months ago, and the taste just wasn't there...

Our solution? Easter brownie with chocolate leftovers!

Here, the idea is simple: melt the eggs to replace the classic chocolate bar in the recipe. Clever, isn't it? All that's left to do is add eggs (chicken eggs this time!), flour, sugar, butter, milk, and voilà!

We'll explain everything step by step below and give you more ideas at the end↓

Ingredients for 8 people

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 7 oz Easter chocolate
  • 2/3 cup butter

You'll also need: a 8x8 inches/20x20cm square mould
