Mix corn starch, cocoa powder, and sugar in a pan off the heat. Gradually add milk while mixing well.
Bring the mixture to a boil, whisking constantly. When the custard starts to boil (it should be slightly thicker), remove the pan from the heat.
Strain the custard into a bowl, placing plastic wrap directly on the surface of the cream, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Then, transfer to a piping bag.
Separate the chocolate eggs in half and fill the shells with the chocolate custard.
Decorate the filled eggs by adding colorful chocolate candies on top. It's ready!
