Chocolate easter eggs stuffed with chocolate custard and topped with m&m's

Ingredients

• 8 Kinder surprise chocolate eggs (or chocolate eggs)
• M&M's

Chocolate custard :

• 2 cups milk
• 1/4 cup corn starch
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup sugar

Preparation

• Add corn starch, cocoa powder and sugar in a pan and mix. Add milk gradually while mixing.
• Bring to boil, whisking constantly. When the custard begin to boil, remove from heat.
  
• Strain the custard in a bowl and put some plastic foil directly against the cream, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then, transfer into a piping bag.
• Open the chocolate eggs and pipe the chocolate custard in the eggs.
  
• Decorate the stuffed eggs by adding some M&M's on top.
