Choosing a Bread! (Video Blog)

By THE CANDID RD (Visit website)

I was recently asked to do a video blog about choosing the best type of bread. Similar to many other food aisles at the grocery store, the bread aisle can be extremely confusing. Hopefully this video will help you choose the best bread for your personal needs (and desires of course).

I may have implied in this video that I do eat regular bread, but I do not. I do taste different breads though, if I want to review them. This bread (the sodium free/very low sodium variety, which can be found at most grocery stores) was begging me to taste it. So I did. It was definitely dry, but like Nick said, "Anything tastes good with loads of peanut butter on it!". True. It would also taste great with a nice smear of butter or margarine. Basically I wouldn't recommend eating this bread by itself, but it's great with other ingredients on top.

Question: What's your favorite type of bread?

I love a good slice of sourdough or cinnamon raisin. Not the healthiest varieties, but they are my favorite! Boy would I love it if these were made in wheat-free varieties.
