Cous, Kids & Popchip Giveaway Winner!

I saved half of my lemon pepper chicken from last night and placed it over a fresh bed of couscous salad.

A cucumber & tomato side salad dressed with some Bisignano’s Italian dressing rounds it all out!

Ugghhh I love Israeli couscous! Have you ever had Frog Eye Salad? I bet they use these as the “frog eyes” :)
