Creamy onion tart, carrot cakes, sausages and mushroom soup

My Mum makes the sweetest onion tart. I spied her and I can make it too now. Then I was given delicious sausages.

The trick is to get all the sweetness of young onions in milk. Then add crème fraîche (or plain cream and yogurt if you are in Japan).

Crispy buttery yogurt feuilletage and melty onions… That’s really as sweet as a dessert.

So juicy !
