Cup of corn

Sweet corn is one of my favorite snack.When toasted in fire & lightly salted it tastes yummy.Corn is very gud for health as it contains dietary fibres.It has low sodium content in it.

A cup of corn is a perfect evening snack in chill weather.

Ingredients
Corn kernels 1 cup
Butter 1/2 tsp
Salt & pepper to taste

Microwave corn kernels in a bowl for 2 mins or until they are soft.Now mix butter,salt & pepper.Adjust according to taste & serve hot.
