Ingredients:
Filling:
4 apples of your choice (I used Granny Smith and Honeycrisp)
2 Asian pears
2 Bartlett pears
1/2 cup apple juice or water
1/4 cup agave nectar or other sweetener
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp coriander
Topping:
3 cups quick oats
1 cup almond meal
1/2 - 3/4 cup agave nectar or other sweetener
1/4 cup oil or soy butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation:
step 1
Peel, core, and slice apples and pears. Place in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

In a smaller container place apple juice, sweetener, lemon juice, arrowroot, vanilla, and coriander. Pour on top of fruits and set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine oats, almond meal, sweetener, butter, salt, and vanilla.

Spread topping on top of sliced fruits.
step 5
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until topping is light brown. Enjoy!!!
