Ingredients:
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Hot water 1/4 cup
All purpose flour 1cup
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Course Salt a pinch
Unsalted butter 8 tablespoons
Sugar 3/4 cup
Egg 1 (at room temp)
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 tablespoon
Vanilla 1 tsp
Snickers' bars regular size 1 n half chopped

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 250C ( thats the highest on my oven, the original one calls for 350C).Line the muffin tray or i just greased the tray.
Mix Cocoa powder 1/4 cup & Hot water 1/4 cup into a smooth paste in a cup.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour,baking soda,baking powder, salt and set aside.
In a saucepan, heat the butter and add sugar mixing and stirring occasionally(this forms lumps of caramel don't worry tastes fine.i was worried i ruined the mix!).Let it rest for a while.
Beat the egg and vanilla extract with yogurt and vinegar until all is mixed well.
Add the cocoa + water mixture to this egg mixture, mix well.
Add the butter+sugar mixture to the flour and mix well.Next add the eggy wet mixture into the flour mix and mix well until all the flour is mixed in well.
Once the flour is all mixed well, just before spooning into the muffin tray, add the chopped snickers' and mix well.
Fill 3/4the the cup and let it bake for 16 minutes( since mine is a mini muffin tray, the original recipe asked for 18-20 mins in a regular oven and regular sized muffins)
Let the muffins cool and serve with chocolate sauce!
