- Soak the stoned dates in warm water for about 10 minutes. This step will soften them and make the next step easier.
- Preparation of the "caramel": in a blender, add the drained dates, peanut butter, soy yogurt, and almond milk.
Blend and set aside. - Preparation of the "dough": in a blender, add the rolled oats, almond flour, and 2 tbsp of the previously made "caramel".
Blend everything until a thick dough is formed. Assembly: in a rectangular mold lined with parchment paper (to facilitate unmolding), press the "dough" evenly across the surface.
Spread the "caramel" on top, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
Sprinkle unsalted peanuts on top and press them down slightly so they sink into the "caramel".
Place everything in the freezer for 1.5 hours.
Once this time has passed, remove the preparation and unmold it.
Cut into sticks about 2 cm wide.Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then dip the sticks into the melted chocolate.
Ensure they are well coated, then let them rest on a rack to drain.
Place everything in the fridge for about 20 minutes and enjoy!
