Easy Fruit Dips
Fresh fruit served with a sweet, creamy dip is great for a summer brunch, snack, or even a light dessert. Here are a few easy fruit dip recipes I’ve been making…they’re so simple to make, and they taste so good! CREAM CHEESE FRUIT DIP 2 pkgs. (8-0z) cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups strawberry preserves Just mix the softened cream cheese and strawberry preserves together in a medium bowl (you can do it by hand, but it’s easier and faster when you use a beater). You can actually use any flavor of preserves you want, as a substitute for the strawberry preserves…blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, orange marmalade, and pineapple all would be good. MARSHMALLOW CREME FRUIT DIP 1 (7-oz.) jar marshmallow creme 1 (8-oz.) container of fruit-flavored cream cheese Mix the marshmallow creme and fruit-flavored cream cheese together in a medium bowl and you have a yummy dip that’s ready to serve with fresh fruit! You can also substitute a 6-oz. container of flavored yogurt for the cream cheese. Linked to Potluck Sunday, Sunday Showcase and Sundae Scoop.
