Easy Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Wow. Why did i ever buy honey mustard dressing when it's so much more delicious, and easy to make myself? The same reason most people do: convenience. Trying to clean out a dressing bottle to prep for recycling is not very convenient, however - so maybe you'll find yourself making the switch to homemade too and spare the elbow grease.

1 part honey (local if possible)1 part dijon mustard1 part good olive oil3 parts white wine vinegarOptional seasonings. I use: 2 dashes cayenne, tiny pinch ginger, pinch turmeric and oriental hot mustardMix the first 3 ingredients to form a paste, add the vinegar and other seasonings and whisk. Yum-tastic! No fructose corn syrup, preservatives, high sodium, or mystery ingredients here. A lot easier on the budget, too. Enjoy!
