Fish Fry
Fish Fry Ingredients 350 g Pomfret or Seer FIsh ( we?ve used black pomfret - approximately 7 - 8 pieces ) Oil for frying 2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder Method Wash and clean fish pieces. Drain out water and wipe with a kitchen towel.
Mix lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pepper powder. Apply this paste on fish pieces and keep aside for an hour. Heat oil in a kadai or frying pan. Reduce heat to medium and fry fish pieces till golden brown on both sides. Serve with rice. related searches : Fish
