Ingredients

• Coriander Leaves.....1 cup
• Mint leaves .............. 1/2 cup
• Green Chillies............2-3
• Onions........................1 chopped
• Tomatoes...................1 chopped
• Garlic..........................7 to 8 cloves
• Ginger .......................1 inch piece
• Salt..............................to taste
• Red Chilli Powder.....1/2 teaspoon
• Turmeric Powder.....3/4 teaspoon
• Coriander Powder....1 to 2 teaspoon
• Lady's Fingers..........1/2 kg
• Potatoes.....................2 sliced

Preparation

• Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves,ginger, garlic, tomato, onion and green chillies adding a little water while grinding.
• Wash the lady's fingers, cut into long pieces. Give a slit, sprinkle a little salt and fry them.
• Cut the potatoes into round pieces, sprinkle salt and fry them. In a shallow sauce pan take a little oil, add the ground paste and sauté till the oil separates from the paste.
• Then add the lady's fingers and potatoes, sprinkle a little water and simmer for 4-5 minutes.If you want to have gravy, then add more water.
