Fried Jack Fruit With Dessicated Coconut

Try to get the semi ripe jack fruit for once done with the frying, the fruit becomes really soft and simply melts in the mouth.   Rolling over the coconut is to give it a slight crunchy taste.  Try out for yourself and let us know what's your opinion about this dessert.

Ingredients
4  jack fruit (remove the seeds and cut into 2)
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
oil for deep frying

For The Batter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
pinch of salt
(mix all together)

Method
Dip the jack fruit into the batter and deep fry.Once the colour turns brown, remove and immediately roll over the coconut.Chill if you like to serve it cold.
