- Mix together the flour, the corn flour, the salt and the baking powder, and form a hollow in the center. Pour the water and mix well (using an electric whisk will help). Put this batter in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Shell the prawn, making sure you leave the tail.
- When the batter is cold, dip each prawn in it, to cook them directly.
- Fry in a big fryer, or in a pan deep enough. Leave around 4 minutes, or until the batter is golden.
- Your golden fried prawns are ready to be devour with some sweet and sour sauce !
