HOME MADE BREAD CRUMBS-UDI STYLE!
Hubby has celiac, no big deal right? well bread crumbs are few and far between here is my version, many thanks to Udi bread...these are so simple to make. I just use any left over gluten free bread, this week it happened to be from UDI, other days its from KATZ.
2 slices of left over bread or rolls( I used 2 for this recipe) optional spices if you prefer, I did not use any this time cut the bread into small squares, place in a pie tin, and bake at 375 for about 5-10 minutes, PLEASE keep checking every few minutes not all ovens are alike, you will be able to feel when they are hard. Now place into a food processor until small crumbs, at this point I place my crumbs into a seal able baggie and label for future use..see told you it was easy!! ( we like ours a bit on the chunky side especially for when I make breaded pork chops ) related searches : Home
