If you don't have fresh garlic, you can use garlic powder without any problem.
Can I add cheese to this recipe?
Absolutely! You can sprinkle grated Parmesan or add mozzarella before baking for an even more delicious garlic bread.
What other herbs can I use instead of parsley?
If you don't have parsley, you can use basil, chives or dried oregano.
How long can I keep garlic bread étoile?
It's best to eat it immediately to keep it crisp. However, you can store it for a few hours at room temperature and reheat it in the oven at low temperature before serving.
