Flaky star bread with pesto

Ingredients

• 2 puff pastries
• 95 gr pesto sauce
• 1 egg
• Sesame seeds

Preparation

• Unroll the pastry sheet and spread pesto on it.
• Cover it all with the second pastry sheet. Put a glass (rim on the bottom) in the center.
  
• Then cut the tart into 16 pieces, from the glass to the edges. Twist each strip of pastry in the same way.
• Brush with egg yolk and bake 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  
• There you are !
