- Unroll the pastry sheet and spread pesto on it.
- Cover it all with the second pastry sheet. Put a glass (rim on the bottom) in the center.
- Then cut the tart into 16 pieces, from the glass to the edges. Twist each strip of pastry in the same way.
- Brush with egg yolk and bake 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are !
