This is a great idea to make a quick appetizer or starter when you have friends coming over !

Ingredients

• 1 baguette
• 2 garlic cloves
• 5 oz butter
• 2-3 stem parsley
• Salt

Preparation

• Slash along the bread
• Finely mince the parsley
• Peel the cloves, then mince them
• Melt the butter, then mix it with garlic and parsley
• Put the baguette on aluminium foil, then brush it with the butter mix. Brush between the slices as well.
• Wrap it with the foil then bake for 25 minutes at 400°F.
