I Learned a Little Something About Ice Cream From Vienna

I'm pretty sure that this article wasn't written in the classic Vienna where Mozart lived, but instead some small town in the US. I'd do more research on that but frankly I'm feeling a little lazy lately. The point of this article is to celebrate National Ice Cream day, and this article also filled me into a more specific fact, two actually. First of all Ronald Regan was the man responsible for declaring this holiday, and secondly the third Sunday of this month (this Sunday to be exact) is the main day to celebrate. That means Ice Cream will abound at the Stewart house this weekend.
