I Love Udi?s

By Auntjayne's Blog (Visit website)

Udi?s sent me several of their products to sample.  I was not obligated to write a review but how could I not spread the word?

The blueberry muffins were delightfully moist with a generous amount of blueberries. I tried them at room temperature as well as heated and they were wonderful both ways.

The lemon streusel muffins are a lemony, moist treat. I wasn?t sure if I wanted them for breakfast, snack or dessert!

Double chocolate muffins?what can I say?  They are chocolate! Again, they were moist.

None of the muffins had that gritty texture usually associated with gluten free.

Udi?s whole grain bread is soft and perfect for sandwiches as is their white bread. I had, for the first time in a very long time, a really enjoyable peanut butter sandwich!

The bagels are my favourite Udi?s product.  Before my diagnosis of Celiac Disease, my favourite lunch was a bagel and cream cheese. Until I tried Udi?s bagels, I had not really found any that tasted right and had the right texture. Even the bagels I made myself were not as chewy in the centre which, to me, is the biggest difference between a bagel and a bun.

The Udi’s pizza crusts are very good and each is just the right size for two people. (With salad on the side)

In conclusion, I will tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed everything I tried from Udi?s.

Try them for yourself. You won?t be disappointed!
