If your pastry sheet is round, cut it into a square or rectangle.
If your pastry is already rectangular, you can skip this step :-)Spread Nutella evenly over the entire surface of your pastry.
From one side of the pastry, roll it up towards the center.
Do the same from the other side.
Place the roll in the fridge for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes. This step helps firm up the pastry for easier cutting.
Cut the roll into slices about 1 cm wide.
Gently press the bottom of each slice to form a point, so they resemble hearts. They don't need to be perfect, as the pastry will puff up while baking.
Place the hearts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Let them cool down, and there you have it! Happy Valentine's Day!
