Kashk Bademjan

Kashk Bademjan is a Persian dish,kashk means whey and Bademjan is Brinjal.It is served as a starter item which is served with either grilled flat bread or normal flat bread.I had it in our local Persian restaurant Neda,after having it I googled the recipe ,found a video and tried it at home today.The main ingredients which gives a different taste is Dry Mint and Kashk.Here goes the
