- Cut brinjals into small pieces and fry till brown in colour.
 - Fry green chillies and keep aside. Remove seeds from cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
 - Grind green chillies,tamarind and salt into fine paste.And fried brinjals, cucumber and garlic. Grind into a coarse paste.
