Kiwi Sorbet
I was looking for a treat that had no dairy one night and decided on sorbet. Now I've heard you should use Vodka in your sorbet because the alcohol wont freeze which allows a softer sorbet, but since I don't drink Vodka it kinda seemed like a waste to go buy a bottle just for a little bit of sorbet. If you do try it let me know if it makes a big difference. Kiwi Sorbet Recipe By Me 1 Cup Water 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 tb Lemon Juice 9 Kiwis, peeled and sliced Cook the water and sugar over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, and add lemon juice. Stir and cook for 30 seconds. Place in ice cream maker and follow instructions or freeze for an hour, stir and freeze for two more hours.
