Step 1: Preheat oven at 350 F.
Step 2: Combine the grated cassava, butter, condensed milk, vanilla, cheese, sugar, and eggs in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 3: Add the coconut milk and stir well to combine. Grease the baking dish then pour the batter mixture.
Step 4: Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 5: Take the baking dish out. Brush melted butter on top of the cake. Sprinkle grated cheese and drizzle condensed milk over.
Step 6: Broil the cassava cake until colour turns light brown.
