Ingredients:
Egg-4
Onion - 2 large(sliced)
Tomatoes - 2 big (sliced)
Curry-leaf - 2tsp
Chilli Pdr - 1tbsp
Coriander Pdr - 1tbsp
Cumin Pdr - 1tbsp
Turmeric Pdr - 1/2tsp
Meat masala - 1/2tsp
Coriander leaves - 2tbsp
Garlic paste - 1/2tsp
Ginger paste - 1/2tsp
salt as required

Preparation:
step 1
Cook eggs in boiling water only for 10 mts, remove the shell & cut into halves.keep aside.
step 2
Heat oil in a pan add onions and fry till it becomes translucent.Now add ginger and garlic paste along with curry-leafs,stir for 1 minute.

Now add tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft.

Now add turmeric, chilly, cumin, coriander, meat masala. Mix it well.

Cover the pan and cook for about 5minutes or till masala is cooked well.
step 6
Now add boiled eggs and mix well with masala.Garnish with coriander leaves.
step 7
Egg masala is ready to serve.
