Halloween monster burger

Ingredients

• 1 black sepia ink bun
• 1 cheddar slice
• 1 chopped steak
• 1 tomato slice
• salad
• 3 tbsp tomato sauce
• 2 black olives
• 2 slices marinated pepper

Materials

Preparation

• The teeth : cut the cheddar to form the teeth. Keep the two parts.
• The eyes : with a toothpick, introduce the pepper inside the black olive and fold the otheside inside. Prick the toothpick inside the olive. Repeat with the second eye unless you want to make a cyclop monster burger.
  
• The mouth : cook the chopped steak 4 minutes on each side. Cut the tomato into slices.
• The body : cut the bun in half, grill the two inside parts during 2 minutes in a hot pan. Spread 1 tbsp tomato sauce on the inside of the top and 2 tbsp on the inside of the base.
  
• The creation of the monster : Put the base in a plate. Add some salad to make the tentacles. Add the little slice of cheddar
• Put the cooked steak on top of it, then the tomato slice. Add the bigger slice of cheddar, then the top of the bun. Prick the eyes on top.
