  • Vanilla flan cake with caramel - Preparation step 1Caramel :
    Melt sugar in a pan and stir. Add water gradually while stiring with a spatula.
  • Vanilla flan cake with caramel - Preparation step 2When the caramel start to bubble, pour it into the mould. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

    Mix eggs + milk + cream + vanilla + milk + condensed milk.

    Whisk the egg whites until they form a peak and add the sugar gradually to make a meringue. Set aside.
  • Vanilla flan cake with caramel - Preparation step 5Mix egg yolks + sugar + vanilla + salt. Add milk + oil and mix well. Add flour + baking soda + baking powder and mix.
