- Sieve the flour & baking powder together. Keep aside.
- Cream the butter & sugar till light & fluffy. Add eggs one at a time & beating well after each addition.
- Add flour mixture alternately with milk & vanilla essence. Beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in chopped walnuts.
- Grease the baking pan with butter & flour. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 20 to 25 mins at 350 or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool & remove from the pan.
