Super-easy walnut cake with just 4 ingredients
After the almond cake... after the hazelnut cake... now it's time for walnut cake! An even more rustic version, ultra moist and above all so easy that there's no excuse not to make it. With just 4 ingredients (5 if you add the vanilla!), this cake ticks all the boxes: simple, quick, comforting and super gourmet. The walnuts add a slightly crunchy texture and a pronounced taste. It's perfect as an afternoon snack, to be enjoyed with coffee or tea ;)

- 17 cm diameter hinged baking tin

Preparation
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is white.
Blend the nuts to a powder.
Add walnut powder and vanilla extract and mix.
Finally, add the melted butter and mix again.
Pour the batter into a greased baking tin. Add walnuts for decoration.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F/180°C for 30 minutes.
When the cake has cooled, unmould and place on a serving dish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into wedges and serve.
