We prefer to warn you: this cake will be the best way to accompany your coffee or tea during snack time! A fondant texture, delicious flavors, a crunchy topping all in a super easy to make recipe. In short, we fell in love with this hazelnut cake and we have no doubt that you will too ;-)

Mix the eggs and sugar with a whisk until the mixture becomes white.
Add the hazelnut powder and mix well. Finally pour in the melted butter and incorporate it to obtain a homogeneous batter.
Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with parchment paper and greased. Cover the top of the cake with chopped toasted hazelnuts.
Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
And there you have it, your hazelnut cake is ready! The perfect harmony between fondant and crunchy. Decorate it with a little icing sugar if you wish!

This cake is naturally gluten-free! You can eat it without worries if you are intolerant or celiac.
