Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
2 onions - thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 tsp cumin seeds
10 oz fresh mushrooms - cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
2 whole cloves
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Salt - as needed

Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, sauté onions, garlic, and cumin seeds on medium heat until onions soften.
2. Add mushrooms, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon, and continue to cook, until mushrooms are tender.
3. Remove cloves and stir in cooked rice and salt. Serve immediately.
