Ingredients:
Onion
Spinach
Tomatoes
Whole Eggs, egg whites or a mixture of the two
Worcestershire sauce
Sea salt
Pepper

Preparation:
1) Chop onions, spinach and tomatoes
2) In a small bowl whisk eggs and add Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes.
3) Saute onions first, then spinach in a small skillet. Once onions are golden brown and spinach is thoroughly sauteed.
4) Add egg mixture to skillet and cook until edges are done
5) Carefully flip one side on top of the other until omelet is fully cooked and not runny anymore
