Mark You Calendars

Happy Monday everyone!


It is the third week in March and besides a couple Team in Training gatherings, my week is looking pretty free. It should a relaxing, peaceful week. (knocks on wood)


This morning I began day 6 of the 30 day Shred Challenge with the scary Jillian Micheals. My legs were so sore this morning, I think the lunges are really starting to get to me. I pushed through it and thanked the heavens the work out is only 20 minutes long.


After a shower I rewarded myself with a killer Monday Morning Breakfast.

I filled a bowl with Kiwi, Strawberries, Grapes and Oikos Honey Yogurt with a sprinkle of Pecan Praline Granola on top.

The fruit paired nicely with the last two of Melissa?s Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls.

I iced the rolls with Pumpkin Butter and let them warm up in the microwave. They were heaven. :)
