Mince Meat Sticks (Cevapcici)
When I make these up, ready to be cooked on the BBQ, a big pile of them goes outside but for some reason a smaller amount returns to me cooked. I have since found out why after busting the BBQ chefs eating them straight off the hot plate, even burning fingers don't deter them!Even though these are totally fantastic cooked on the BBQ, you don't have to be having a BBQ to enjoy these little sticks of pure deliciousness because they are also great simply tossed in the frying pan. You can serve them alongside salad or wrap in bread because it really doesn't matter as they are fabulous even by themselves.
