Noodle Soup
Noodle Soup Ingredients 6 cups Chicken Stock 200 gms Noodles boiled and drained 4 Mushrooms soaked in 1/4 cup hot water 1 Carrots chopped in strips 1/4 Cabbage cut into strips Sugar snap peas handful 1 Green onion cut in strips 1 tsp Dark brown sugar 2 tbsp Soy sauce Salt to taste Crushed black pepper to taste White pepper to taste 2 tbsp Coriander leaves fresh 1/2 tsp Ginger grated Method In a saucepan boil the stock, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, 2 tbsps soaking water from the mushrooms and seasoning. then add the vegetables and cook for a minute or 2 then add noodles.
