Nyonya Colour (Empire Subang)

Its really difficult to decide what to eat while at Empire Subang as one is spoiled for choice.for the many eateries available here. Having been to Serai Empire, Chili's, Sao Nom, Ole-Ole Bali (at Sunway) and Lameeya (at Damansara), this time we wanted something of a local cuisine. At once we all decided to check out Nyonya Colour. 

Quickly glancing through the wall menu and as well as given menu, we sort of decided what to order in a couple of seconds.  Being seated, the drinks arrived soon.

We ordered the fresh sour plum juice, milo ice, teh tarik hot and roselle juice.  Mine was the roselle juice and  the taste was nice with a  bit of sour and chilling taste with dried roselle pieces floating inside. No complaints too from the rest of the drinks the rest had.

This assam laksa was at par level with many that I have tasted, at stalls and restaurants.  It was pungent and sour with generous pieces of fish and garnishing inside. Everything on the bowl was swept clean within minutes.
The Dry Curry Mee was soaked in a creamy and thick coconut gravy, added on chicken pieces, tauhu pok, beansprouts and garnished with mint leaves and slices of red chillies.  Having a few spoons of this gravy, it  gave me a thick chicken flavored broth taste.
The Nasi Lemak Pandan Special was special with the green and pandan flavoured rice, served with chicken rendang, some sambal, sliced cucumber pieces, boiled egg and fried anchovies.
The Nasi Kunyit and Curry Chicken came with some pieces of sliced cucumber. All my friends nodded their head approving the taste of food they were busy tucking in.
