Plain scone

Semalam buat scone tapi plain je .dalm peti ais semua barang dah tak de, jadi buat apa yang ada jelah.

Ingrediants

1)butter sejuk 125 grams
2)gula castor-50 grams
3)garam sedikit
4)tepung gandum 350 grams
5)baking powder 3 tsp
6)whipping cream -100ml

Dalam bowl besar gaul semua bahan kering kecuali butter sejuk ngan whipping cream.



Gaul tepung tadi bersama butter sejuk , sehingga jadik cam serbuk roti.




Tuang whipping cream ditas tepung tadi, dan gaul sebati perlahan perlahan.





bentukkan bulat -bulat dan letak diatas tray pembakar.




bakar pada suhu 190 celcius selama 20 minit




plain scone ni sedap dimakan bersama sebarang jem.





Gambar ni tak de kena mengenakan scone kat atas.harta karun ni jiran sebelah rumah aku kasi.mak mertua suka bercucuk tanam,jadi bila dia balik kampung adalah hasil-hasil yang dia kasi. aku suka ngan limau purut, boleh digosok kat kulit kepala.limau nipis pun sodap.Dah banyak kali aku tanam limau purut , tapi susah nak tumbuh.bila tumbuh, ulat putih meyerang, makan semua daun-daun limau purut tu.

Jenis limau pilihan hati korang apa pulak? korang jangan cakap limau mandarin atau sunkist pulak.
