Gently pull back the skin of the segments and by using the two thumbs, push back the red pearls in to a bowl. You can also immerse the four sections in a large bowl of water. The seeds will come out easily. You can strain the seeds and discard the pith and extra water. How to Preserve Pomegranate Pearls You can preserve the seeds in a zip foil / pouch and pack it up in the refrigerator. As a single person you will not be able to finish one pomegranate. You can store the rest or share with your friends.
