For a different kind of aperitif, try crostini! Super-easy to make, these little Parmesan crackers flavored with herbs and spices are perfect for dipping in your favorite spreads (guacamole, bell pepper spread, hummus and many more...). So forget the peanuts and chips this time, and get cooking! :-)

Mix flour and Parmesan. Add water until creamy (be careful, it must not be liquid). Season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Mix well again.
Pour into a greased pan. Be careful, you'll need to make a thin layer of batter.
Bake for 20 min in an oven preheated to 390°F/200°C. Keep an eye on it, as it should be golden-brown.
Serve with your favourite sauces!
