Everyone loves breadsticks ! And it's so easy to bake that it would be a shame not to offer some to your guests at a dinner party !

Ingredients

• 1 puff pastry sheet
• 2 tbsp pesto
• Grated parmesan
• 1 egg yolk

Preparation

• Spread pesto on the puff pastry sheet, then sprinkle with parmesan
• Fold pastry in 2, and cut 0.4 inch wide strips
• Twine each strip, holding one end still, and twining with the other hand.
• Brush them with egg yolk, then sprinkle with parmesan again.
  Bake for 10 minutes at 360°F, and enjoy !
