Meatballs are a complete dish with many variations. This time, we made them with ground beef and parmesan. With tomato sauce or white sauce, with beef or pork, you choose! Pair it with a good plate of pasta, and you won't need anything else! :)

  • Beef and parmesan meatballs - Preparation step 1In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil: meat + parsley + egg + parmesan + salt + pepper.
  • Beef and parmesan meatballs - Preparation step 2Mix with your hands until well combined. Form medium-sized balls. (About 13 balls).
  • Beef and parmesan meatballs - Preparation step 3Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

Observations

* You can cook the meatballs in the oven by baking them for 15 minutes at 200ºC. Just drizzle a little olive oil over the meatballs before cooking, and you're good to go!
