Beef and parmesan meatballs
Add some parmesan in your meatballs, make some pasta with tomato sauce, and you have the perfect family dinner ! Follow our step by step recipe ;-)
Preparation

Put meat + chopped parsley + egg + parmesan + salt + pepper in a bowl.

Mix with your hands until well combined. Form medium balls. (About 13 balls for 2 servings).

Put some olive oil in a hot pan. Add the meatballs and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

Serve with pasta and tomato sauce. Sprinkle some parmesan on top.

Observations:
