Beef and parmesan meatballs

Add some parmesan in your meatballs, make some pasta with tomato sauce, and you have the perfect family dinner ! Follow our step by step recipe ;-)

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
10 oz ground beef

fresh parsley

2 Tbsp parmesan

1 egg

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Beef and parmesan meatballs
    Put meat + chopped parsley + egg + parmesan + salt + pepper in a bowl.
  • Step 2 - Beef and parmesan meatballs
    Mix with your hands until well combined. Form medium balls. (About 13 balls for 2 servings).
  • Step 3 - Beef and parmesan meatballs
    Put some olive oil in a hot pan. Add the meatballs and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  • Step 4 - Beef and parmesan meatballs
    Serve with pasta and tomato sauce. Sprinkle some parmesan on top.

    There you are !

Observations:

* Oven : bake your meatballs with a drizzle of olive oil on top for 15 minutes at 390°F.
