In a bowl, combine milk and breadcrumbs and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Add the ground beef, ground pork, egg, chopped garlic, parmesan, and salt to the mixture and combine well with your hands.
Take portions of the mixture and flatten them in your palm. Place a mini mozzarella ball in the center and close it to form a meatball.
Refrigerate the meatballs for about 10 minutes to make them firmer.
In a hot pan with olive oil, sear the meatballs on all sides over medium-high heat.
Once browned, add the tomato sauce, cover, and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
And there you have it! Serve over a plate of spaghetti and enjoy! :)
Observations
You'll have 9 meatballs for 3 servings.
* You can freeze the raw meatballs if you make extra. The day you want to cook them, take them out of the freezer to the fridge the night before, then follow the recipe from step 5 and you're good to go ;)
* If you're not a big fan of tomato sauce, you can cook them with any other type of sauce (béchamel, curry, pepper, honey and mustard...)
