Quiche di Coste (Swiss Chard Quiche)

Ingredienti:

2 mazzi di coste
125 gr ricotta
2 uova
100 gr parmigiano grattugiato
cubetti di formaggio (tipo galbanino)

Tagliare e cuocere le coste in padella per 15 minuti.
Sbattere le uova con un po? di sale, aggiungere la ricotta, le coste e il parmigiano.
Mettere in una marmitta e cospargere con il formaggio.
Cuocere a 180°C per 20 minuti
