Quiche di zucchine e peperoni (Zucchini&Pepperoni Quiche)

Ingredienti:
pasta folla
1 zucchina
1 peperone
1 cucchiaio di spezie
2 uova
50 ml latte
40 gr parmigino gratuggiato

Fare la pasta frolla e lasciarla riposare per 30 minuti in frigo copera da pellicola.
Tagliare a dadini la verdura e cuocere con sale olio e spezie per 10 minuti
Sbattere le uova, il grana e il latte e cuocere la frittata in forno per 10 minuti a 180°C
Ricoprire con la pasta frolla le formine  e cuocere in bianco (ricoprirle con ceci o fagioli secchi in modo da evitare che licevitino) per 15 minuti. Lascare raffreddare.
Guarnire con la verdura e i quadratini di frittata

1 Tsp herbs
2 eggs
50 ml milk
40 gr grated parmisan

Cut the vegetables and cook in a pan with oil, salt and herbs for 10 minutes
Whisk eggs, milk and parmesan and pour into a pan and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Cover the tins with the pastry and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Let them cool
Decorate with vegetables and dices of frittata
