Quick and Easy 4 Ingredients or Less Crock Pot Dinners
Spaghetti and Meatballs Ingredients: 2 handfuls spaghetti pasta, broken into pieces 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce 20 frozen fully cooked meatballs 1 cup water (I use a robust red wine) Directions: Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart slow cooker and mix to combine. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 4-7 hours until pasta is tender and meatballs are thoroughly heated, stirring once during cooking time. Serves 6 Ingredients: 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs 26 oz. jar sweet and sour simmer sauce 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and peppers, thawed and drained Directions: Cut chicken thighs into 1-1/2" pieces. Mix with simmer sauce in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8-10 hours or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Ten minutes before serving stir in vegetables. Cover, increase heat to HIGH and cook for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Serves 6-8 Ingredients: 4 pork chops, well trimmed 1 envelope onion soup mix 10 oz. can ready to serve chicken broth Directions: You can brown the pork chops if you wish in a nonstick skillet 3-4 minutes on each side. Place pork chops in 3-1/2-4 quart crockpot. In medium bowl, combine soup mix and chicken broth and stir until blended. Pour this mixture over the pork chops. Cover crockpot and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours. 4 servings Ingredients: 4 potatoes, diced 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup extra spicy Italian salad dressing Directions: Place the potatoes on the bottom of the crockpot, then drizzle with half of the dressing. Top with the chicken, and drizzle with remaining dressing and pepper. Cover crockpot and cook for 6-8 hours on low until potatoes are tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked. related searches : Quick
